How?

Horses respond and react to the stimulus of the people they are working with. A skilled and certified facilitator has the opportunity to step-in and help identify what needs to happen to help the participant move forward in the session; which could parallel to what they need to do to move forward in their own life. Horses don’t over think a participant’s motive but they do challenge their behaviour and leadership. Horses expect leadership and trust from humans just as they do from each other in their herds.
